The Cravory opened its flagship cookie shop in Point Loma, San Diego on Valentine's Day 2014 after co-founder Nate Ransom and two University of Arizona classmates spent five years selling experimental flavor combinations at San Diego farmers markets. Six new flavor combinations debut each month alongside the permanent Signature and Adventurous menus, with past experiments like rosemary balsamic, mango con chile, and pancakes-and-bacon pushing the library past 5,000 unique recipes—a rotating-menu ambition shared in Point Loma's specialty-treat category by Wicked Popcorn's seasonal batch runs. Each cookie bakes at a formula-specific temperature calibrated to deliver a crisp exterior and gooey center, and the kitchen uses no added preservatives. A Poway production kitchen and warehouse handle nationwide shipping on flat-rate timelines, corporate co-branding builds, and wholesale distribution to 120-plus retail accounts including two concession stands inside Petco Park. That corporate-gifting operation runs alongside the celebration-cake shipping pipeline at Kona Kakes Tropical Cake Bakery's Point Loma production facility. Custom-branded cookie boxes with personalized notecards and company logos handle corporate event orders of 500 or more units on two-week production timelines.
