General Contractor

About

BBB A+-accredited since 2005, Sign It in Point Loma has produced custom signage and large-format graphics from its Kurtz Street shop near Pechanga Arena since 1995. In-house design services translate brand guidelines into print-ready files, a production workflow that graphic studios such as Sherdellah Graphic Design feed with vector artwork and logo packages for commercial clients. Vehicle wraps—full-body, partial, and spot-graphic applications—use solvent-printed vinyl with UV-protective laminate engineered for Southern California sun exposure. Trade show kits bundle retractable banners, backlit fabric displays, tablecloths with imprinted logos, and life-sized cut-outs into shippable packages for convention venues nationwide. Job-site signage, safety placards, and directional banners serve the construction corridor that includes general contractors such as McMillin across San Diego County. Billboard-scale high-resolution graphics—designed, printed, and installed across multi-story facades—represent the largest single-project output the shop produces.
