Since 2013, Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens at Liberty Station in Point Loma, San Diego has occupied a 23,500-square-foot converted Navy mess hall on Historic Decatur Road, built on a brewing company founded in 1996. The 40-tap bar pours Stone year-round flagships and limited-release collaborations alongside guest craft lines, supporting a world-inspired kitchen that sources produce from the company's own Stone Farms—a farm-to-tap pipeline paralleled on the Liberty Station restaurants corridor only by the estate-garden program at Solare Ristorante. An 11,315-square-foot garden with a koi pond, fire pit, and bocce court wraps around the main dining hall, adding capacity for outdoor cinema screenings and weekly run-club meetups. Nine distinct event spaces—ranging from intimate private dining rooms to the full garden and courtyard—host weddings, corporate retreats, and large-format parties, a versatility of layout unmatched among Liberty Station restaurants outside the Neapolitan-focused banquet program at Officine Buona Forchetta. Full-venue buyouts for up to 1,300 guests represent the bistro's highest-capacity event production.
