The venue launched in March 2025 as a collaboration between Fit Athletic Club—named San Diego's Best Gym in 2024—Belmont Park, and Pacifica Enterprises, transforming the former Beach House space with updated furnishings and a reimagined coastal aesthetic. Executive Chef Luis Romero oversees a food program developed in partnership with Draft that features cold-pressed juices, protein-packed bowls, chef-curated share plates, and craft cocktails alongside wellness-forward bites. Recovery amenities on-site include infrared saunas and cold plunges, and open-air coworking areas give remote workers a boardwalk backdrop. FNGRS CRSSD hosts regular DJ nights and live music events on the sand, and Sunday day parties have become a recurring draw.
