The donuts-only menu—glazed, chocolate-topped, jelly-filled, Bavarian crème, donut holes, and seasonal fritters—runs lean compared with the breakfast-sandwich-and-bagel format at Spill The Beans Coffee and Bagels down the corridor. An on-site ATM addresses the cash-only policy for visitors caught off-guard, and seating is limited to a handful of tables inside the small storefront. Coffee is brewed on-site for dunking, but the operation is built around the fryer rather than an espresso bar, leaving the latte-and-breakfast-bowl morning traffic to Newbreak Coffee & Cafe a short walk away. Most varieties are baked through and stocked by the start of service and replenished as items sell out across the day. Bulk dozen and mixed-variety boxes pre-ordered the day before for offices, school groups, and morning meetings are the largest-format jobs the small kitchen produces.
