A recent sushi addition introduces crispy rice plates and specialty rolls alongside the traditional burrito, taco, and combination-plate lineup, giving the kitchen an unusual cross-cuisine range for the neighborhood. Mexican baked goods and event dessert trays in the corridor are supplied by Panchita's Kitchen & Bakery on 32nd Street. The kitchen assembles large-format surf-and-turf platters--shrimp and carne asada layered over loaded fries or chips--built to feed groups from a single shareable order.
