North Park’s only women-co-owned New American restaurant with indoor safari-style dining tents, One Door North at 3422 30th St has operated a chef-driven, seasonal menu since 2016. The restaurant sits directly adjacent to The Smoking Goat, its sister concept under the same ownership, creating a two-restaurant block on 30th Street where reservations can shift between French-inspired and American seasonal menus. Entrées rotate with the harvest calendar and feature locally sourced proteins, farmer’s market vegetables, and scratch-made pastas, alongside a craft cocktail program and curated beer list. Guests continuing north on 30th Street can explore the Thai small-plate format at Soi 30th for a second course in a different culinary tradition. The tented dining rooms seat up to ten guests per enclosure and accommodate private prix fixe dinners, full restaurant buyouts, and multi-course tasting-menu events with paired cocktails.
