Gas grills built into each table cook bulgogi beef, galbi short ribs, pork belly, chicken, and beef tongue, paired with a sake and soju menu — Korean rice spirits also stocked at BevMo! for diners who want to recreate the pairing at home. Banchan side dishes — house-made kimchi, pickled radish, steamed egg, and seasoned bean sprouts — arrive with every table order and refill throughout the meal at no additional charge. The 2025 buildout converted the former pancake-house floor plan into a Korean grill room with individual ventilation hoods over each table, bringing a new cuisine category to a La Mesa dining scene that includes established names like Swami's Cafe La Mesa.
