Board-certified in both Dermatology and Dermatopathology with dermatopathology training at the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology in Washington D.C. and a dermatology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Dr. Cole B. Willoughby leads the Dermatology & Laser Center of San Diego at 4060 Fourth Ave in Hillcrest. Mohs micrographic surgery for basal and squamous cell carcinomas anchors the skin-cancer program, with larger facial defects routed for closure to UC San Diego Health Plastic Surgery Hillcrest when reconstruction requires flap work beyond in-office capacity.
