Healthy Creations Cafe on North El Camino Real operates as a 100-percent gluten-free and predominantly organic kitchen in Encinitas's New Encinitas corridor, serving breakfast, lunch, and smoothies from a concept founded in 2007. The same ownership runs sister restaurant Nectarine Grove on Coast Highway 101, extending the celiac-safe, seed-oil-free cooking model across two Encinitas locations and a third in Del Mar. Glor, a 2001 graduate of Bauman College of Natural Foods with a Whole-Foods Chef certification, launched the concept as an organic meal-assembly business before evolving it into a full cafe and smoothie bar by 2012. Proteins include free-range humane-certified chicken, wild-caught seafood, and grass-fed beef, paired with produce sourced from local farms and a retail section stocking specialty gluten-free pantry items rarely found elsewhere, an ingredient-sourcing standard shared with the imported olive oils and artisan goods at Baker and Olive nearby.
