The Encinitas headquarters draws on North County's established Jewish institutional ecosystem — including Temple Solel in nearby Cardiff-by-the-Sea — to support year-round volunteer recruitment and regional event coordination. Each weekend session books 100 to 200 participants into three engagement tracks — creative arts, outdoor adventure, and Jewish learning — structured around a color-war competition format with obstacle courses, freestyle challenges, and team-scored activities across all tracks.
