The cafè stocks rotating micro-lots from five-plus origin countries across Latin America and Africa, with beans roasted on a 35-kilo Loring at the company's production facility and delivered to this location alongside the artisan baked goods sourced from producers like Knead Artisan Bakery in the neighborhood. Signature blends and seasonal single origins fill both the espresso hopper and the pour-over bar, where baristas brew individual cups that have consistently scored above 90 on Coffee Review across the company's portfolio. The dog-welcome patio and indoor workspace draw a mix of remote workers and weekend visitors to the upper Kettner corridor, a stretch shared with fellow craft-beverage producer Modern Times Coffee in the same district.
