The tap list cycles through Stone's year-round flagships, limited special releases, and periodic archived vintages brewed at the company's Escondido and Richmond, Virginia production facilities, a brewery-direct pipeline shared by fellow San Diego craft anchor Ballast Point Brewing at its own downtown taproom. The 1996-founded brewery worked with the City of San Diego Historic Department to preserve the warehouse's original storefront facade while integrating interior building elements into the tap room's design.
