The kitchen and cocktail program are operated by RMD Group, adding a three-daypart dining concept to the same India Street stretch where Parakeet Cafe - Little Italy draws the morning wellness-brunch crowd. Menus rotate from cage-free egg plates and labneh Turkish eggs at breakfast through spirulina-turmeric smoothies at midday to shareable hamachi crudo and evening small plates. Mixologist Nick Hirsch built the bar program around both full-proof cocktails and zero-ABV options using Seedlip Grove, a spirit-free range that complements the natural wine pours at Pali Wine Co. further down the corridor. Hotel guests also receive complimentary access to the connected 28,000-square-foot FIT Athletic Club for group fitness classes and spa-level amenities. The full dining room and bar configure for private buyouts accommodating corporate receptions, rehearsal dinners, and multi-course tasting events for groups up to 60.
