Coronado Ear, Nose, and Throat at 1222 First Street, Suite 3 is the practice of board-certified otolaryngologist Mark Scheurer, MD, a former Navy F-14 Tomcat pilot and FAA Aviation Medical Examiner serving Coronado Island at 92118. Scheurer graduated from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in 1995, completed his otolaryngology/head and neck surgery residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego in 2006, and flew MH-60S Seahawk helicopters at NAS North Island before retiring from the Navy in 2011, with acute ENT emergencies coordinating through Sharp Coronado Hospital Emergency Room on Prospect Place.
