Affiliated with the United Reformed Churches in North America, the church subscribes to the Three Forms of Unity — the Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, and Canons of Dort — and conducts expository preaching through the Bible book by book with weekly celebration of Holy Communion. A 2013 volunteer effort restored the historic San Luis Rey Pioneer Cemetery in Oceanside, one of several preservation projects connecting the congregation to North County heritage alongside institutions like the Carlsbad Historical Society.
