The fabrication shop's HVAC ductwork output feeds directly into the forced-air distribution systems installed by Allegiance Heating & Air Conditioning on Magnolia Avenue, where sheet-to-spec tolerances determine airflow efficiency across commercial tenant improvements. Capabilities span shearing, bending, forming, and welding of galvanized steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless-steel stock at the Wheatlands Avenue industrial corridor location. The 14-person crew serves a project mix that includes educational facilities, government buildings, and manufacturing plants throughout San Diego County. Metal roofing panels and standing-seam assemblies fabricated on-site ship to roofing contractors including AVL Roofing on Buena Vista Avenue for commercial and residential installations. Production runs include 26-gauge through 16-gauge sheet stock processed on CNC brake presses with programmable back-gauge systems rated for bends up to 10 feet in length.
