Build-your-own plates, bowls, and pitas let diners customize protein-topping-sauce combinations from an unlimited toppings bar, with loaded pita chips running as a Mediterranean-style nacho platter on the shareables menu. A portion of every sale routes to the San Diego Food Bank — 7,000 meals donated in 2023 alone — integrating the SDTA Tourism Accelerator graduate's philanthropic model into the Liberty Station restaurants dining scene alongside Tender Greens.
