Operating since 1986 on Sports Arena Boulevard, Freestyle Martial Arts in Point Loma holds three NASKA world championship titles and multiple ISKA world team crowns through its competitive performance squad near Pechanga Arena. The proprietary Freestyle system blends karate, tae kwon do, judo, sport grappling, kickboxing, and acrobatic XMA (Extreme Martial Arts) into a single progressive curriculum, developing the body control and aerial awareness also trained at San Diego Gymnastics & Parkour Point Loma.
