Owner Greg Lemon oversees both locations, and the PB store is staffed by Alex Sakelarios and Dylan Marx, who host the Monday Night Run Club that draws dozens of runners to the shop's doorstep each week at 6:00 p.m. Runners following the Monday route often loop past the ocean and Mission Bay before finishing with a cooldown at Sandbar Sports Grill on Mission Blvd. The store uses a complimentary walking and running video gait analysis to match every customer with the right shoe, a service the staff considers essential rather than optional.
