The OB floor runs a heated lighted-room environment across Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Power, Yin, and Restorative formats, with the signature Yoga Sculpt class pairing asana with light-dumbbell strength sequencing — a cross-training complement to the conditioning programming at Performance360 | Strength & Conditioning Gym. Heated classes run in the 95-to-100-degree range to support deeper tissue release and controlled cardiovascular load across roughly a dozen weekly class slots. Post-practice recovery routing sends many members toward deep-tissue bodywork at Therapie Day Spa, while onsite amenities include lockers, mats, gender-neutral restrooms, and private lot plus paid street parking within walking distance of the OB Pier and Newport Avenue. The highest-commitment offering is the multi-studio all-access membership unlocking the rotating weekly schedule across every Yoga Box location from La Jolla to Chula Vista.
