Over 30 ebike brands — including Velotric, Revi, E-Lux, Macfox, CYKE, EUNORAU, and Onewheel — fill the 1926 Bacon Street showroom of EBIKE SUPER SHOP, a merger of EZE Ryders (founded 2019) and OB Ebikes that consolidated into this Bacon Street location in February 2024. Locally built cruisers from Coastal Cruiser Electric Bikes are stocked and serviced on the same floor, a direct manufacturer-to-dealer relationship for fat-tire beach builds. A free in-person ebike safety course runs every other month covering Class 1/2/3 distinctions, battery fire risk, San Diego ordinance zones, and shared-path etiquette — part of the shop's OB Main Street Association programming. Half-day, full-day, and multi-day rentals with optional local delivery support group rides up to 10-plus people, which pairs with the guided-tour model at San Diego Ride & Tours. The service bench handles full electrical diagnostics — motor controller faults, BMS errors, display and torque-sensor calibration — across all brands, not just what the shop sells. Largest builds run through the custom division: step-through cargo ebikes with dual-battery extensions, child-seat integration, rear-rack cargo decks rated to 440 pounds, and Onewheel eSkate upgrades for riders who want a one-shop commuter-plus-recreation setup.
