The rotating draft lineup — typically six to eight flavors at a time — shares the same small-batch ethos found at OB Beans Coffee Roasters, where single-origin beans are roasted on-site a few blocks away. TapShack expanded production capacity by acquiring Boochcraft's original brewing tanks, allowing larger batch volumes while maintaining short-fermentation cycles that keep each keg distinct. The Sunset Cliffs Blvd taproom also pours nitro cold brew, ginger beer, root beer, espresso, matcha, and builds acai bowls — a vegan-leaning menu that runs parallel to the raw plant-based program at Peace Pies elsewhere in the neighborhood.
