North Park's Black-owned performing arts nonprofit established in 2003, T3 Triple Threat (T3) at 4044 Idaho St delivers California Arts Council-funded voice, dance, and acting programs for youth and adults from the North Park Recreation Center. The curriculum spans commercial dance, tap, musical theatre, and cooking classes, sharing an arts-education pipeline with nearby programs at Childrens Creative & Performing Arts Academy. Eight-week summer theatre camps produce full Musical Theatre International Broadway Junior revues, serving up to 25 students per session in a conservatory-style immersion format. Year-round camps, adult barre fitness, and singing lessons are all held at the North Park Recreation Center through an ongoing partnership with the City of San Diego Parks & Recreation Department. The organization's largest annual production integrates MTI-approved scripts, student-built scenic elements, and live amplified sound to stage full musical revues at a public recreation facility.
