Brewing on a 7-barrel system since its 2013 debut as Thorn Street Brewery, Little Bird Brewing produces its entire tap list on-site at 3176 Thorn St in North Park. The taproom sits on the border between North and South Park, sharing a craft-beer corridor with Fall Brewing Company South Park Taproom a few blocks south. A split-level tasting room overlooks the brewhouse, and rotating food trucks park outside to cover the kitchen side of every visit. Visitors seeking a sit-down meal before or after a flight can head to De Luca's Restaurant on Thorn St for a full dinner menu. The brewery's most involved offering is its 50-to-75-guest private event space, which opens onto an open-air mezzanine with a dedicated 8-tap bar and A/V projection setup.
