Gym Trix in Alpine provides gymnastics and cheerleading instruction for athletes ages one and up from Suite 7 at 2358 Tavern Rd, the commercial connector between Alpine Blvd and I-8. The Tavern Rd facility shares Alpine's youth-athletics corridor with Alpine Jiu-Jitsu's grappling and self-defense classes in the same Tavern Rd plaza. Programming spans parent-and-tot introductory classes, recreational tumbling, competitive team gymnastics, and an all-star cheerleading prep squad — GymTrix Cheerforce — for athletes age four and older.
