Pizzabilities in Alpine brings a mission-driven fast-casual pizza concept to 2710 Alpine Blvd, where the kitchen creates inclusive employment for individuals with disabilities across every station from dough prep to front-of-house service. The Alpine Blvd location sources ingredient stock from the same commercial corridor that includes Ranch Farmers Market two blocks east, keeping the supply chain tight to the community. Recipes draw on more than 70 years of pizza-making expertise from the Nicolosi's Italian Restaurant lineage — Salvatore Nicolosi founded the original San Diego operation in 1952, and partner Ron Burner carries that dough-and-sauce tradition into every 10-inch build-your-own pie. A craft-beer and wine program rounds out the drink menu, joining the Alpine Blvd taproom corridor anchored by Mcilhenney Brewing Co. two blocks west. The menu deploys four crust options and six sauce bases across signature builds including Buffalo Chicken, BBQ Chicken with smoked gouda, and a six-meat combination layered with pepperoni, sausage, salami, Canadian bacon, ham, and applewood-smoked bacon.
