The Music and Theatre Company in Lakeside operates one of the largest theatrical set, costume, and prop rental inventories in the country from its Riverside Drive warehouse. Full show packages ship nationwide in 53-foot trailers—and internationally via cargo containers—with large-format production graphics handled by Crisp Imaging in the same Riverside Drive industrial corridor. The catalog spans more than 25 Broadway and National Tour titles, including original scenic pieces designed by Tony-nominated set designers for productions of In the Heights, Newsies, and The Wizard of Oz. Between shipping cycles, overflow set pieces and costume racks rotate through nearby warehousing at A-1 Self Storage on Riverford Road in Lakeside. Founded in 2014, the company holds inventories originally built for Madison Square Garden, Big League Productions, and Floyd Central High School's award-winning collaboration with Disney and Music Theatre International.
