Cline and Nichols specialize in acquiring and restoring Type 48 liquor-license venues — the California classification authorizing on-premises consumption of all alcoholic beverages — which they view as irreplaceable community assets. The cocktail program features house builds like the Blueberry Lemon Drop and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, alongside a rotating craft-beer tap list, an inventive pour menu that pairs with the BYO-food policy letting patrons order from nearby Jackson Drive kitchens including J-K's Greek Cafe.
