Frances Taylor at Grossmont Center is a couture fashion boutique in La Mesa's Suite 333, opened in February 2026 to coincide with the brand's sixth anniversary. Original couture designs share floor space with a curated “Infusion Collection” of reconstructed pre-loved garments, a sustainability model that extends to event styling with florals from 96 Flowers & 13 Stems. The boutique interior was built out by contractor Jasko Topalovic of TOPTILESONE, whose portfolio includes the Versace retail installation at Fashion Valley. A rotating pop-up program invites La Mesa artisans and makers to showcase work inside the space each week, building a creative corridor alongside beauty services from AfterGlo Beauty Lounge. The highest-complexity commissions involve original one-of-a-kind gown construction using French-seam finishing, boned bodice architecture, and custom draping on bias-cut silk and charmeuse fabrics.
