OB/GYNs in the XIMED Building — including San Diego Women's Health (Suite 820) — refer high-risk pregnancies directly across the campus to this flagship perinatology location. The team is led by Medical Director Dr. Sean Daneshmand and includes Drs. Brad Dolinsky, Arij Faksh (Director of Fetal Imaging, AIUM-accredited 2024–2027), and Jasmine Lai, with satellite offices in Encinitas and Hillcrest. Services cover advanced fetal imaging, genetic counseling, amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, and a Pregnancy Heart Center staffed by fetal cardiologists. Scripps Memorial La Jolla provides Level III neonatal services — the highest tier — so mother and baby remain on the same campus from diagnosis through delivery. Academic-system patients with similar needs are served at Jacobs Medical Center's Rady Pavilion for Women and Infants on Campus Point Drive.
