Suite 770 places the group's consultation offices in the same building as Torrey Pines Orthopaedic Medical Group (Suite 210) and over a dozen other specialty tenants — making the XIMED Building a single-stop referral hub where a primary care physician's GI referral stays under the same roof. Board-certified gastroenterologists Dr. Edward Paredez and Dr. Andrew Mayer (SUNY Buffalo, 2000) provide consultative and endoscopic services including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, esophageal dilation, and small bowel enteroscopy. The practice also operates La Jolla Endoscopy Center at Suite 980 in the same building — an AAAHC-accredited ambulatory surgery center selected for Newsweek's 2026 list of America's Best Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
