Bacio di Latte — meaning "kiss of milk" — is an Italian artisan gelateria at 8867 Villa La Jolla Dr inside The Shops at La Jolla Village, 92037. Founded in 2011 by Milanese brothers Edoardo and Luigi Tonolli, this was the brand's first San Diego location when it opened in late 2025. Gelato is made fresh daily using Sicilian pistachios, Piedmont hazelnuts, Belgian chocolate, and Sonoma County milk. Standout flavors include Pistacchio, Giandujotto, Tiramisù di Pistacchio, and Belgian Chocolate, with vegan sorbets always on rotation. Served in cones, cups, pints, and affogato style.
