Reformer Pilates, mat work, yoga, and small-group body conditioning run side-by-side inside Ativa Pilates and Fitness, a second-floor Mission Hills studio at 930 W Washington Street off Hawk Street. Instructors work with clients recovering from disc and SI-joint issues, building spinal-stabilization programming that pairs naturally with the manual-adjustment work delivered at Chiropractique along the same Washington Street corridor. Private and duet reformer sessions fill the morning schedule, with group mat and body-conditioning classes rotating through the evenings across mixed skill levels. The strength-biased side of the programming uses resistance and loaded-mobility drills that complement the barbell and kettlebell work taught at Hillcrest Kettlebells, letting cross-training clients keep both sides of their week aligned. The most involved work happens in post-rehab private blocks, where instructors rebuild core and pelvic function for clients transitioning out of physical therapy and back into loaded, full-range movement.
