Triple board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, and Critical Care Medicine, Dr. Islam M. Ibrahim serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at UC San Diego and practices from 402 Dickinson Street in Hillcrest. Complex pulmonary consultations covering interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, COPD, and respiratory failure tie directly into the academic infrastructure at UCSD Hillcrest Pulmonary and Sleep Research Laboratory for advanced pulmonary function testing and sleep studies.
