Adult primary care, hypertension management, diabetes workups, and complex chronic disease management cover patients across the catchment area, with overflow acute needs diverted to Healthtopia Clinics for same-visit evaluation. Resident physicians from the internal medicine training program rotate here under attending supervision, providing continuity care for medically complex adults. Renal-impaired patients are co-managed with Balboa Nephrology - Hillcrest for CKD staging and dialysis access planning.
