Co-founded by two barber-school classmates, Top Cutts Barber Shop San Diego operates out of Suite 6 at 930 W Washington Street in Mission Hills with a service menu pairing traditional men's barbering with eyebrow threading, nose and ear waxing, and kids' cuts. The shop carries eyebrow threading on its menu, a direct service overlap with Beauty by Dolly on the Hillcrest side of the corridor and an unusual crossover for a traditional barber operation. Hot-towel straight-razor shaves with steam run as a standalone booking separate from the cut, giving the chair a classic grooming-program anchor rather than a fade-only menu. Color and hair-salon services on the menu create an overlap with the women's and unisex cutting side of the corridor that also covers Chroma Hair Salon further along Mission Hills. The most complex appointment handled in-chair combines a skin fade, a full-beard sculpt, a hot-towel straight-razor shave, and eyebrow threading, a four-service grooming block that converts a haircut visit into a full-face refresh.
