The 1902-era Craftsman house seats diners across multiple rooms and a wraparound porch, a historic setting on a Fifth Ave corridor shared with Starlite's mid-century cocktail bar. The kitchen imports Leidenheimer bread from New Orleans three times a week and builds its po'boy, gumbo, and jambalaya menus around Gulf shrimp flown in on the same shipments. Gulf-style preparations include crawfish boils, blackened redfish, and shrimp po'boys built on house-baked French bread, a Gulf Coast approach to seafood that contrasts with the Pacific-catch grilling at Blue Water Seafood Market & Grill. The two-floor layout hosts seasonal Louisiana crawfish boils on the ground-level patio while the upstairs dining room runs a separate prix-fixe service overlooking Fifth Avenue.
