The menu shares the same Bakers Pride Y-602 gas deck oven format and tight build-your-own platform as the Leucadia original, drawing from the same kitchen philosophy that produced sister concept Moto Deli on Encinitas Boulevard. Signature pies include the Killer Bee -- tomato sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola, soppressata, pepperoni, rosemary, and house-made chili honey -- alongside a raw bar offering oysters and Littleneck clams as pre-pizza starters. The concept pairs its pizza with a curated wine list and oyster program unusual for a counter-service format, positioning it closer to a wine-bar hybrid than a standard slice shop on the same South Coast Highway strip that includes Honey's Bistro & Bakery.
