Founded in 2021 as a women-owned studio, Asteya Collective in Encinitas occupies two heated rooms and one unheated studio inside the Encinitas Wellness Center on Westlake Street. The multi-format schedule rotates through Power Vinyasa, Yin, Sculpt Fusion, Barre, and HIIT classes, building an Encinitas yoga and fitness program that complements the infrared recovery sessions at Blissfusion Wellness Lounge in the same community. A dedicated kids yoga and empowerment program runs Saturday mornings with seasonal camps, while prenatal and postnatal classes address joint mobility and pelvic-floor stability for expectant and new mothers. Sculpt Fusion heats the room to 80–85 degrees and layers barre, Pilates, and strength-training circuits in a low-impact, high-intensity format that complements the acupuncture-based pain management at Chong Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine on South Coast Highway 101. Each heated class holds the studio at a controlled temperature calibrated to increase fascia elasticity and joint range of motion while instructors correct alignment and breathing cues in real time.
