About

Seacoast Community Church in Encinitas launched as a Bible study group in 1979 and formally organized in 1988 as an Evangelical Free Church of America congregation now drawing multi-generational attendance to its Regal Road campus. The Love Encinitas initiative partners the church with local schools and community organizations for volunteer service days, expanding an outreach model shared by fellow EFCA-aligned congregations like Shadow Mountain Community Church on the same North County evangelical circuit. A Beyond Our Walls fund dedicates a portion of the annual budget to needs outside the congregation, financing community service projects, school supply drives, and partnership grants to Encinitas-area nonprofits. The church's creative arts program commissions original stage design, photography, and visual media for worship services, sourcing framing and display fabrication from Encinitas vendors including Corner Frame Shop & Leucadia Art Gallery in the Leucadia corridor. The Love Africa initiative extends the congregation's global footprint through pastoral leadership training programs delivered in multiple languages across sub-Saharan partner communities.
