The original Cefalù bread recipe still runs through the ovens daily alongside Neapolitan pizzas, arancini, and fresh pastries, producing the kind of from-scratch Italian baked goods that anchor Little Italy's dessert corridor alongside Extraordinary Desserts on India Street. A 2016 renovation under new ownership added a full ristorante menu with ossobuco, handmade pastas, and tiramisu while preserving the mosaic-tiled bakery counter and wood-fired production. The espresso bar pulls Italian roasts to pair with house sfogliatelle and cannoli, adding a cafe-and-pastry counter that complements the artisan baking at IZOLA further up India Street.
