On-site catering requires a 40-guest minimum and deploys a full taco-bar setup to private venues such as deck655, with staff cooking proteins — carne asada, chicken, adobada, carnitas — and pressing fresh tortillas at the event location. A separate drop-off menu covers smaller gatherings below the on-site threshold. The taco-bar format also travels on a dedicated food truck that rolls to wedding receptions, corporate events, and backyard parties at venues near Petco Park like Cowboy Star Restaurant & Butcher Shop's private dining program.
