Parq Nightclub in downtown San Diego's Gaslamp Quarter occupies 30,000 square feet of the historic 1926 Spreckels Union Building at Sixth and Broadway, a Latino-owned venue that Carlos Becerra transformed from the former On Broadway nightclub in 2012. The main 10,000-square-foot nightclub anchors the complex with a 42-foot stage, 32-foot LED screen, and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting rig — a production scale that SideBar Nightclub San Diego complements from a more intimate Gaslamp footprint. Two additional rooms expand the programming range: Parq Lounge offers a Central Park-inspired open-air setting with lighted trees and DJ booth, while Lair delivers an intimate ultra-lounge with its own sound system. The on-site restaurant serves a full dinner menu before the club transition, a dine-to-dance format that mirrors the dinner-and-flamenco model at Cafe Sevilla of San Diego on the same corridor. Full-venue private buyouts combine all three rooms for corporate galas, product launches, and milestone celebrations accommodating up to 1,800 standing guests with custom LED branding, stage production, and on-site catering.
