Registered nurse Heather Fritsch leads Holistic Heather RN, a women-owned wellness practice at 1011 Camino Del Mar, Suite 270, Del Mar, CA 92014, just up the block from Zen Zone Spa and other bodywork providers along the Camino Del Mar wellness corridor. Heather began her nursing career in 1999 and has worked at Sharp Memorial Hospital, Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, San Diego Hospice, and an outpatient infectious disease clinic, building expertise across oncology, emergency medicine, IV resource nursing, and case management. Her own health struggles with perimenopause shifted her focus toward holistic weight loss and hormone health, and she now specializes in medically supervised programs using semaglutide, tirzepatide, peptides, vitamin injections, IV nutritional therapy, and NAD+ infusions. Beyond clinical services, Heather holds certifications as a Reiki Master and Kundalini Yoga instructor, blending traditional nursing care with alternative healing modalities. All medical services operate in collaboration with Arrive Health & Wellness under the supervision of Dr. Brad Schwartz, who is double-boarded in internal medicine and emergency medicine.
