D.R.E.A.M. Wellness is a chiropractic and family wellness practice at 1130 Camino Del Mar, Del Mar, CA 92014, co-founded in 1996 by Dr. Brian Stenzler and Dr. Gregg Baron, who trademarked the D.R.E.A.M. acronym as a framework for proactive wellness living. He was recognized by the American Red Cross for providing chiropractic care to rescue workers at Ground Zero following September 11, 2001, and has served on the United States Golf Association Wellness Team since 2009, adjusting professional golfers and caddies at US Open Championship tournaments. In 2021, Dr. Stenzler published the bestselling book D.R.E.A.M. Wellness: The 5 Keys to Raising Kids for a Lifetime of Physical and Mental Health, a 460-page guide endorsed by physicians, therapists, and wellness professionals nationwide. The Del Mar office is LGBTQ+ friendly and sees patients on Mondays and Wednesdays, with morning sessions from 9 to 10:15 AM and afternoon hours from 4 to 6 PM.
