Milton's is a traditional Jewish delicatessen, grill, and bakery at 2660 Via De La Valle, Del Mar, CA 92014, housed inside the Flower Hill Promenade shopping center just east of the I-5 interchange. Co-founders David Levy and Barry Robbins opened the restaurant in 1995 with the goal of recreating the authentic East Coast deli experience for San Diego, and the result has been a neighborhood institution for three decades.
