Peak Health Group, founded and directed by Patrick Yassini, MD on Coronado Island's Orange Avenue, operates as the first nationally recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home in a private San Diego practice. Yassini holds triple board certification in family medicine, integrative holistic medicine, and anti-aging medicine through the ABFM, ABIHM, and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and prescribes naturopathic treatment protocols in coordination with island practitioners such as Realm Naturopathic Integrative Medicine & Acupuncture.
