Founded in 1923 as San Diego's first multispecialty medical group, the Sharp Rees-Stealy system now employs more than 700 physicians and advanced practice providers across 19 county locations. The Chula Vista location delivers primary care, cardiology, neurology, and urgent care services, with oral health referrals coordinated through nearby Chula Vista Dental Care for patients requiring integrated medical-dental treatment plans. The Pacific Building Group-constructed, HGW Architecture-designed facility integrates radiology, cardiology, neurology, and rehabilitation departments across three floors, enabling same-visit diagnostic imaging and specialist consultations without off-campus referrals.
