Factory-trained BMW Motorrad technicians share the building with the sales operation at BMW Motorcycles of Chula Vista, using manufacturer-prescribed diagnostic interfaces and genuine OEM parts for warranty and post-warranty service across the full Adventure, Sport, Tour, Roadster, Heritage, and Urban Mobility model lines. New 2026 BMW motorcycles include a complimentary Ultimate Care Break-In Service covering the initial 350-to-750-mile interval within six months of the in-service date. The facility is the only authorized BMW Motorrad service center in the South Bay, drawing riders from the Otay Ranch and Bonita corridors who pair scheduled maintenance with helmet, riding-gear, and hard-luggage purchases at Cycle Gear during the same outing. Service bays handle Integral ABS Pro recalibration, electronic suspension adjustment via the Dynamic ESA system, and ShiftCam variable-valve-timing diagnostics using the BMW ISTA+ platform.
